TEN-8 INDUSTRIAL OPENS NEW CENTRAL FLORIDA SERVICE CENTER IN LAKE WALES, EXPANDING SUPPORT FOR REFUSE AND RECYCLING VEHICLES
Nearly 34,000 square feet across two buildings strengthens McNeilus’ refuse and recycling collection vehicle service support throughout Florida.

Dodge Center, MN (March 4, 2026) – McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) business, today announced that Ten-8 Industrial, an authorized McNeilus dealer, has opened a new refuse and recycling collection vehicle service center in Lake Wales, Florida. The centrally located facility expands Ten-8 Industrial’s service footprint and enhances support for refuse and recycling vehicle operators across the state.
Located at 2001 Thompson Nursery Rd. in Lake Wales, FL, the nearly 11-acre site includes two buildings totaling approximately 34,000 square feet and offers expansive truck parking with ample room for future growth. The primary service facility is now open and features three service bays capable of accommodating up to nine trucks, along with office space to support day-to-day operations. A second building is slated to open later this year and will serve as a parts distribution warehouse and body repair facility.
The new Lake Wales location reflects the company’s continued investment in customer uptime and statewide coverage. The centralized Florida location will ensure the team can provide service, comprehensive repair, maintenance and warranty support that customers have relied on for years from Ten-8 Industrial.
“Our move to Lake Wales gives us the space, infrastructure and central access we need to better serve fleets across Florida,” said Richard Downer, chief operating officer of Ten-8 Industrial. “This new service center allows us to support more vehicles at once, expand our parts capabilities and continue delivering responsive, high-quality service with the same trusted team our customers already know. As we continue investing in infrastructure and people, our focus remains on long-term partnerships and keeping fleets operational across the Southeast.”
Ten-8 Industrial provides full-service support including preventive maintenance, repairs, warranty work and mobile service covering both North and South Florida. The Lake Wales facility also offers extensive truck parking and capacity for continued expansion as customer needs grow. Ten-8 Industrial is an approved warranty and service dealer for McNeilus in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi.
“The opening of Ten-8 Industrial’s Lake Wales service center further strengthens McNeilus’ dealer network and commitment to customers throughout the region,” said Lee Dreas, president of McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing. “With expanded capacity and a central location, Ten-8 Industrial is well positioned to deliver the reliable service, maintenance and convenient access to parts fleets depend on to keep their operations moving.”
Through its independent dealer network, McNeilus remains committed to ensuring refuse and recycling customers have access to industry-leading service, support and innovation wherever they operate.
