MACQUEEN OPENS NEW BISMARCK SERVICE CENTER, EXPANDING SUPPORT FOR REFUSE AND RECYCLING VEHICLES ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA
Dedicated facility strengthens McNeilus' refuse and recycling collection vehicle service network while expanding parts, maintenance and repair support throughout the region.

Dodge Center, MN (August 31, 2026) – McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) business, today announced that MacQueen, an authorized McNeilus® dealer, has opened a new service center in Bismarck, North Dakota. The new facility strengthens MacQueen's service capabilities and enhances support for refuse and recycling collection vehicles while also providing service, parts and technical support for a broad range of Oshkosh Corporation’s environmental and emergency vehicle platforms in the region, including McNeilus and Pierce Manufacturing.
Located at 5016 Platoon Ave, Unit 2, in Bismarck, North Dakota, the facility officially opened in July and marks MacQueen's 25th location. The new service center represents a transition to a dedicated brick-and-mortar operation, providing customers with expanded access to local service, parts, technical expertise and repair capabilities, while still offering mobile support as needed.
The Bismarck location strengthens MacQueen's ability to support municipalities, contractors and refuse and recycling fleets across the state. Its central location enables the team to provide responsive service through both in-house and mobile technicians while improving parts availability and reducing response times to help keep customer vehicles operating at peak performance.
"Our new Bismarck service center reflects our continued investment in North Dakota and our commitment to supporting the customers who keep our communities running smoothly every day," said Mike Purdy II, president and CEO of MacQueen. "By establishing a permanent presence in the state, we're expanding our ability to provide faster service, enhanced parts support and the technical expertise our customers rely on to maximize vehicle uptime. This facility allows us to better serve fleets throughout North Dakota while continuing to build long-term partnerships with the communities we support."
The facility offers comprehensive maintenance and repair services, warranty support, advanced diagnostics and local parts availability for McNeilus refuse and recycling collection vehicles. In addition to servicing customer equipment at the Bismarck location, MacQueen's team provides mobile service throughout the region to deliver convenient support wherever customers operate.
"The opening of MacQueen’s Bismarck service center reinforces McNeilus' commitment to providing customers with reliable, local support through our trusted dealer network," said Lee Dreas, president of McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing. "With expanded service capabilities and a strategically located facility, MacQueen is well positioned to help fleets throughout North Dakota maximize uptime and keep their operations running efficiently."
Through its independent dealer network, McNeilus remains committed to ensuring refuse and recycling customers have access to industry-leading service, support and innovation wherever they operate.
